    SHIPPING POLICY

    1. Shipment Processing Time. All order are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped, or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments maybe be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. Items that are on back order will be shipped out as soon as they become available.

    1. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates. For online orders, shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed in USD at checkout. Estimated delivery dates will be provided once your emailed tracking number has been activated.

    1. Shipment confirmation and Order Tracking. Once your order has shipped you will receive an email confirmation and tracking number. The tracking number may take 2-3 days to activate.



    RETURN POLICY

    **RETURNS** 15% restocking fee for returns other than defective/damaged. Our policy lasts 14 days after delivery. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase delivery, we can not offer a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item/s must be unused and in the same condition you received it. Item/s must also be in the original packaging. To complete your return, send a request with the reason for your return. Please provide any additional details or photos for wrong item, damages or other claims. We will reply back with a confirmation and instructions on how to proceed. REFUNDS (if applicable) will be processed once your return is received and inspected. We will send you a message to notify you upon receipt of return. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your return. If you are approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment with 1-3 business days. LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS (if applicable) If you haven't received a refund, please check the issuer of your original payment source, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted as there is often processing time involved that is out of our control. If you have done all this and still have yet to receive your refund, please contact us. SALE ITEMS (if applicable) Sale items are not eligible for return, only regular priced items may be refunded. EXCHANGES (if applicable) We only exchange/replace items if they are defective or damaged. SHIPPING RETURNS (if applicable) To return your product, please message us with your order no. and reason for return. We will confirm a return authorization and address. You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returns. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Depending on where you are located, the time it takes to receive your exchanged products may vary. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance for any items or package value of over $50 as we are not responsible for lost or damaged items/package(s) that occur during the return from you to us.
